目的探讨SO2吸入对运动大鼠尾压的影响。方法 24只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(RG)、单纯运动组(EG)、单纯SO2污染组(SRG)、SO2污染运动组(SEG),每组6只。SRG和SEG置于SO2污染环境中(10 mg/m3),运动组大鼠进行跑轮运动(8 m/m in,1 h/天,共4周)。采用无创尾压测定技术动态检测大鼠尾压的变化情况。结果 EG大鼠尾压较RG显著降低(P〈0.01);SRG、SEG则较RG显著升高(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),且SEG较SRG升高更为明显。结论长时间适量运动使大鼠尾压下降,SO2吸入使大鼠尾压升高,在SO2污染的环境中运动会使大鼠尾压升高更显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sulfur dioxide(SO2) intake on the blood pressure of exercising rat's tail.Methods: Twenty four SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: rest group(RG),exercise group(EG),SO2 pollution rest group(SRG) and SO2 pollution exercise group(SEG),every group consisted of six rats.Rats in SRG and SEG were put into the SO2 pollution environment.And rats in EG and SEG were trained in the motor-driven wheel(8 m/min,1hour/day for 4 weeks).Blood pressure of tail artery was detected dynamically by detection methods without wound.Results: As compared with RG,blood pressure of EG declined significantly(P0.01),but blood pressure of SRG and SEG increased significantly(P0.05,P0.01),and SEG is much more significant compared with RG.Conclusions: Blood pressure of tail artery declines because of moderate exercise for long time.SO2 inhalation makes blood pressure increasing,while exercising in SO2 pollution environment makes blood pressure increasing more significantly.
