将模型预测控制方法用到永磁同步电机(PMSM)矢量控制的速度控制外环中,得到的速度预测控制器具有算法简单、易于实现、对PMSM模型的精度要求低的特点。采用提出的PMSM无差拍电流预测控制器代替传统PI控制器作为电流内环控制,提高电流的动态响应。速度预测控制结合电流无差拍预测控制构成新的预测控制系统,并进行了实验分析,证实了预测控制系统具有动态响应快、静态误差小、受负载扰动影响小的特点。
When applying model predictive control to the speed outer loop of the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),it requires only a low precision of the model of the PMSM and a very simple system algorithm.This thesis proposes, on the basis of a deadbeat algorithm, a current predictive controller of PMSM instead of the traditional PI controller in the current inner loop control,which can improve the current dynamic response.The thesis also constructs a new predictive control system of PMSM by combining the theory of velocity predictive control with the current predictive controller.Through further tests and experiments,the proposed predictive control system proves to be quick in dynamic response, low in static errors, and less influenced by load disturbance.
