基于断裂力学理论,采用应变能释放率的方法得到具有两条裂纹的转轴在受到两垂直剪力作用下的附加柔度矩阵和刚度矩阵,分析了转轴上裂纹的张开程度、裂纹深度、裂纹夹角等参数的变化对其在两剪力方向上的刚度及耦合刚度的影响。以具有两条不同裂纹夹角的转子系统为例,介绍了转轴刚度矩阵在裂纹转子故障诊断上的应用。研究结果表明:采用该方法得到的不同裂纹参数下的转轴刚度矩阵精度较高,将其应用到转子的故障诊断中可以清晰的反映出转子的故障特征,从而有效的实现转子裂纹故障诊断。
The additional flexibility matrix and stiffness matrix of a two-crack shaft are obtained based on the concepts of fracture mechanics and strain energy release rate method. In this paper, the effect of crack opening area, crack depth, crack angle on the stiffness and coupling stiffness in the shear direction are discussed. For a rotor system with different crack angles, the shaft stiffness matrix in the application of cracked rotor fault diagnosis is introduced. Results show that the stiffness matrix of shaft under different crack parameters obtained by this method have a high accuracy, take it into the rotor fault diagnosis, the fault characteristics of the rotor can be reflected clearly, so the rotor crack fault will be diagnosed effectively.
