采用D触发器进行分频,设计了基于主从D触发器的1:2分频器,该分频器主要由输入缓冲电路、分频器内核、输出缓冲电路和电流偏置电源四个模块组成。HBT工艺具有速度快、相位噪声低的优点,采用HBT工艺,成功地设计了输入频率范围为50MHz~7GHz的静态二分频器。测试结果表明,该分频器在输入频率为3.7GHz,输入-20dBm功率时,输出功率4dBm;电源电压5V,工作电流85mA,芯片尺寸为0.85mm×0.85mm。
D-trigger was used for frequency dividing, and a 1 : 2 frequency divider based on host-slave D-trigger was designed. The divider consists mainly of input buffer circuit, divider kernel, output buffer circuit and current bias circuit. HBT process is of high speed and low noise. The process was used successfully for the design of a 1:2 static frequency divider with 50 MHz - 7 GHz input frequency. The test results show that the input power is - 20 dBm, and the output power is 4 dBm at 3.7 GHz input frequency with 5 V source voltage and 85 mA current, the chip size is 0.85 mm × 0.85 mm.
