介绍了CMOS混频器主要技术指标的设计思路和技术。采用0.18μm CMOS工艺,使用Agilent公司的ADS软件设计出一种5.8GHzCMOS混频器电路,结果表明,工作电压1.8V时,RF频率5.8GHz,本振频率5.78GHz,中频频率20MHz下,转换增益7.3dB、输入1dB压缩点-8.3dBm,噪声系数8.7,工作电流小于5mA,该电路已交付流片。
The design techniques of improved CMOS mixers were illustrated. Based on 0.18 μm CMOS process, a 5.8 GHz CMOS mixer was designed with Agilent ADS. The simulated results show that this mixer achieves a conversion gain of 7.3 dB, input 1 dB gain compress of - 8.3 dBm, and a noise figure of 8.7 dB, while consuming less than 5 mA from a single 1.8 V supply, the circuit is in manufacturing.
