目的研究大明胶囊对大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法结扎冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察30min内心电图(ECG)变化和术后6h血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、抗超氧阴离子活性,以及心肌梗死面积来评价大明胶囊的作用。结果大明胶囊能显著缩小冠脉结扎所致急性心肌缺血大鼠的心肌梗死面积,降低血清中CK、LDH活性,提高血清中抗超氧阴离子浓度;ECG显示各给药组与病理模型组比较S-T段明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论预防性给予大明胶囊对大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of Daming Capsule on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods Left anterior descending (LAD) of coronary artery was ligated to cause the rat's acute myocardial ischemia. The protective effects of Daming Capsule were evaluated from changes of electrocardiogram (ECG) for 30 min soon after the ligation, and the activities of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and antisuperoxide anions in serum and the size of myocardial infarcted area six hours after ischemia. Results Daming Capsule could significantly reduce the size of myocardial infarcted area, decrease the activities of CK, LDH and increase the concentration of antisuperoxide anions in serum and inhibit ST segment raise compared to pathological model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Preventive administrated Daming Capsule can protect against acute myocardial ischemia injury in rots.
