Legal equality is the logical starting point and foundation of civil society, which is the fundamental human right owned by the people. Without legal equality, the civil society has lost his soul. At the same time, legal equality is prerequisite to the implementation of national and social righteousness and justice. During the course of socialist construction of rule of law and completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects, we are supposed to continually propagate the idea of legal equality, take a clear-cut stand in opposing illegal privilege and discrimination, and accomplish national and social fairness and justice through durable efforts.
