在分析近年来城市住区绿化存在问题的基础上,以住区绿化应将观赏性与实用性相联系、将景观功能与生态功能相结合为目的,提出了住区绿化设计的原则.用生态学与建筑学理论,结合住区热环境实测资料,剖析了城市住区绿化体系的生态作用和景观价值.从住区外部环境到建筑单体的各个层面,系统研究了住区绿化体系的构成要素及其关系,结果表明适宜的种植和物种选择、合理的地面铺装搭配及一定的水体景观对改善住区热物理环境具有决定性作用.并针对住区绿地、道路、广场及建筑单体绿化体系,提出了具有技术适应性的设计方法和工程措施.最后得出要通过尽量减少硬化地面、加强住区立体绿化、降温增湿、净化空气等措施,以改善住区小气候,创造舒适的外部环境.
The principle of green planning in residential district has been put forward according to analyses of defects in garden landscaping in urban residential district in recent years. With the help of ecology and architecture, the ecological effects and the decorative effects of garden landscaping in urban residential district has also been discussed on the basis of the measurement data on thermal environment in residential district. The result suggests that the suitable planting.rational floor pavement and water landscaping have the decisive effect on the quality of thermal environment in residential district. Finally, for greenbelts roads,squares and buildings in residential district, a set of suitable technical steps have been guggested for enhancing the three-dimension plantation, reducing rigidifying ground and purification of the air, in the hope to improve the sub-climate of residential district.
