采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、SephadexLH-20凝胶色谱法等进行南海红树林内生真菌Gx-4c的代谢产物分离纯化,并通过理化常童锄4定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。研究结果:从南海红树林内生真菌Gx-4c的菌体中分离得到4个代谢产物,经波谱解析,分离得到的4个化舍物分别为:5,7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮(1)、3-羟基-2-甲基苯酸(2)、3,4-二氢-8-羟基-3-甲基-1H-2-苯吡喃-1-酮-5-羧酸(3)、3,4-二氢-8-羟基-3,5-二甲基-lH-2-苯吡喃-1-酮(4):初步药理活l生显示化合物1对口腔癌细胞KB、KBv200的抗肿瘤活l生值分别为7.5和11.2Mol。研究结果表明:所有化合物均首次从南海红树林内生真菌Gx-4c中分离得到。
Silica gel colurm chromatography and gel pen~_afion chromatography were used to separate and subli- mate the metabolites. By ~s of constant test and spectral analysis, their chemical structures will be identi- fied. Research results: four metabolites were separated from Gx -4c. The primary active analysis shows that me- tabolite 1 resistance active value to mouth cancer cell are 7.5 and 11.2 Mol respectively. Conclusion: all metab- olites are firstly separated from Gx-4c.
