目的:对南海红树林内生真菌SK5次级代谢产物进行研究。方法:采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,使用理化性质和波谱分析技术确定化合物的结构。结果:从南海红树林内生真菌SK5次级代谢产物中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为2,8-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one(1)、Sclerotinin A(2)、dihydrocitrinone(3)、对羟基苯甲醛(4)和3-hydroxy-2-methylbenzoic acid(5)。结论:化合物1为首次从自然界中分离得到。
Objective:To study the secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus SK5.Methods:The compounds were isolated by chromatographic technique.Their structures were identified by comprehensive physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods.Results:Five compounds were isolated and identified as 2,8-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-l(2H)-one(1),Sclerotinin A (2),dihydrocitrinone(3),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(4) and 3-hydroxy-2-methylbenzoic acid(5).Conclusion:Compound 1 is isolated from nature for the first time.
