在构建联盟组合的过程中,焦点企业面临市场导向和关系导向联盟伙伴选择,这两种导向的联盟战略对焦点企业的创新能力会产生不一样的影响.本文以联盟组合、组织学习和创新能力理论为基础,以3个不同行业中的123家企业为研究对象,提出并验证了焦点企业市场导向和关系导向联盟伙伴选择与不同类型创新能力提升之间存在主效应,以及不同导向联盟伙伴选择通过探索式与利用式学习的中介传导作用影响企业创新能力的假设.在联盟组合的情景下,研究结论对于从联盟伙伴选择与组织学习两个视角更加完整地理解企业创新能力具有积极的理论与实践意义.
In the process of building alliance portfolio, enterprises can choose market-focus selection or relationship-fo- cus partner selection strategy, and different strategies have different impact on innovation capability. On the theory ba- sis of alliance portfolio, organization learning and innovation capability, it proposed the theoretical hypothesis of the re- lationship between the variables, and conducted an empirical study with the samples of 123 Chinese companies. The re- suits suggest that the alliance partner selection strategy positively affects different kinds of innovation capability, and dual organization learning has a mediating role between alliance partner selection and focus enterprise innovation capa- bility. The conclusions have some theoretic and practice contributions for a better understanding of innovation capability from two perspectives of alliance partner selection and organization learning.
