采用DSC和TG法研究了硝酸铁、黑索今及RDX/硝酸铁混合物的热分解行为,并运用Coats-Redfern法和 atava- esták法计算了热分解动力学参数,得到了相应的机理函数.结果表明:随着硝酸铁加入量的增加,RDX热分解的初始温度下降,吸/放热峰变窄,硝酸铁对黑索今的热分解有一定的催化作用;当硝酸铁含量为24.33%时,热分解峰温前移程度最佳;硝酸铁含量为10%~40%时,RDX/硝酸铁混合物的热分解机理函数为n=1/3的Mampel power函数, .
The thermal decomposition behaviors of iron nitrate,RDX and iron-nitrate/RDX mixture were investigated by DSC and DTG-TG at 10K/min. The thermal decompostion kinetic parameters and probable mechanism function of RDX and iron-nitrate/RDX mixture were obtained by using Coats-Redfem and Satava-Sestak methods. Results show that iron nitrate make the thermal decomposition process of iron-nitrate/RDX mixture accelerate and the initial decomposition temperature shift downwards and the peak width of endothermic peaks and exothermic peaks narrow. The relationship between the peak temperature and the content of iron nitrate in the composite explosive was presented, of the optimum percentage was 24.33%. The thermal decomposition mechanism function of several composite explosives was classified as G(α) = α1/3, the Mampel power function with n=1/3.
