英文摘要：
The history, principles and application of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point （HACCP） system were introduced. The characteristics of the application of HACCP system to wastewater, sewage sludge treatment and reuse were analyzed, and the progress in research and practice of this application at home and abroad in the recent years was reviewed. The HACCP system offers a sys- tematic approach to identify and prevent hazards, and improves the capability of quality control and risk management in the processes of wastewater, sewage sludge treatment and reuse to ensure human health.
