英文摘要：
The fractal Levy stable motion is employed to describe the distribution probability of the bed load rate beyond a certain criticality.The analytical results are theoretically verified by Hu Chun-hong＇s experimental and field observation data.It has been proved by theoretical and experimental data that the bed load movement is characterized by the dynamic behavior of 1/f noise,and that the spatial distribution of the bed load grain＇s single step motion and the bed load rate has the multi-fractal quality.Moreover,the self-organized criticality and the physical mechanism of fractal distribution of bed load movement are discussed.
