定量方法是国外旅游研究的主导方法，国内研究者由于缺乏统计知识的训练而较少使用定量方法。但定量研究是更接近于科学的研究方法，相对于定性方法的主观性，定量研究是一种客观的、系统的、精确的研究方法，本文对旅游研究中最常用的数据收集方法——问卷调查法，和最常使用的数据分析方法——T检验、ANOVA、卡方检验、因子分析进行了初步分析．问卷调查主要分析问卷设计的程序、问卷结构和量表的设计、取样框架、取样方法和样本规模等问题，数据分析方法主要分析各统计方法的基本思想和使用范围．

英文摘要：

Quantitative methods are dominative in foreign tourism study, while Chinese researchers rarely use it for lack of training on statistics knowledge. However, quantitative research is a method which approaches to science more. In comparison with the subjectiveness of qualitative research, it is an objective, systematic and accurate method. This paper makes a preliminary analysis on the most used data collection method——questionnaire survey, and the most used data analysis methods T-test, ANOVA, Chi-square test, factor analysis. Questionnaire survey mainly includes design process, structure, scale design, sampling framework, sampling methods, and sample size. And data analysis includes the basic idea and usage range of all statistical methods.
