In the process of learning and displaying sports skills, we can often observe the phenomenon of previous sports experience and memory disturbing the current activity. Based on the theory put forward by Jiddu Krishnamurti, this article draws the following conclusions: sports memory and experience are the things in the past, the result of past thought and the source of current disorder and splitting; only by breaking away from it can a person get along with his/her current body and can harmony exists among body, spirit and mind-completely harmonious without disorder. Therefore, a sports skills learner shall try his/her best to get rid of the obstacles caused by past sports memory and teaching experience; a person displaying sports skills shall insist on everything starting from "zero", stop being indulged in the past or daydreaming about the future and get rid of all kinds of influences from authority, faith, thought and idea so as to attain the immeasurable upmost state of "selflessness".
