依据相关客户流失研究文献,通过分析具有顾客资产属性大客户特征,对这类客户流失的原因及其影响因素进行了系统分析,并进行了实证分析论证.本文的研究结果对于企业认清客户流失的主要原因。采取针对性措施以提升客户管理水平,进而增加顾客资产价值具有一定参考价值.
Based on the study of the characteristic of key clients processing customer asset property, the reasons for such loss of key clients and its influencing factors were analyzed systematically and empirically. The results show that the customer chum in general is not a major reason for the loss of key clients. Among the maior reason, the marketing and client service level can meet the need of the customer,the enterprise itsef can provide better purchase value are two most important influencieng factors.
