根据Shapley值,提出顾客联盟利益分配模型。应用信息论中最大熵原理,建立了n家企业合作对策的另一种顾客联盟利益分配模型。在此基础上,对Shapley值进行修正,提出考虑风险因素情况下的新的利益分配方法。通过实例分析表明此方法克服了其他方法未考虑风险的不足,使顾客联盟利益分配的结果更具合理性和可行性。
This paper sets up a profit distributing model for customer alliance by the shapely value. Based on the maximum entropy principle in the information theory, another one for the n cooperative strategies among the customers is worked also. Based on these, the "Shapley value" aiming at this question is amended, and a new approach is given for the profit distribution. As is proved, the model is efficient and scientific. It avoids the deficiency of other ways that venture is never taken into risks, and makes the outcome of profit distribution become more reasonable and feasible.
