目的探讨深圳市厂区外来女工生殖道支原体感染现况及药敏情况。方法采用回顾性方法调查分析2011年8月~2013年1月深圳市外来厂区女工行支原体分离培养及药物敏感检测资料。结果①1744例生殖道支原体检测患者中,阴性1140例,阳性604例,占34.63%;其中,解脲支原体(Uu)感染547例,占31.36%;人型支原体(Mh)感染16例,占0.92%;Uu合并Mh感染41例,占2.35%。②年龄分布:18~〈31岁共1126例,阴性712例,阳性包括Uu感染381例,占33.83%,Mh感染10例,占0.89%,Uu合并Mh感染23例,占2.04%。31~45岁共618例,阴性428例,阳性包括Uu 166例,占26.86%,Mh感染6例,占0.97%,Uu合并Mh感染18例,占2.91%。③对单纯Uu感染敏感性较高的药物有交沙霉素、克拉霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素;耐药性高的药物有环丙沙星、红霉素。对单纯Mh感染敏感性高的药物有交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素、克拉霉素;耐药性高的药物有环丙沙星、红霉素、罗红霉素。对Uu合并Mh感染敏感性较高的药物有交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素、四环素;耐药性高的药物有红霉素、阿奇霉素、环丙沙星、罗红霉素。结论对有临床症状的患者行支原体培养,依据药敏试验选择敏感药物治疗,可有效控制疾病传播,改善整体健康状况。
Objective To investigate the situation of mycoplasma infection in genital tract and drug sensitivity in fe male migrant workers of Shenzhen City.Methods Data of Mycoplasma cultivation and drug sensitive test in female migrant workers of Shenzhen City from August 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results ①In 1744 cases of patients detected genital tract mycoplasma,1140 cases were negative,604 cases were positive(34.63%),includ ing ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) infection in 547 cases(31.36%),mycoplasma hominis(Mh) infection in 16 cases(0.92%),Uu and Mh co-infection in 41 cases(2.35%).②Age distribution: there were 1126 cases aged 18 to <31,and 712 cases were negative,positive included Uu infection in 381 cases(33.83%),Mh infection in 10 cases(0.89%),Uu and Mh coinfection in 23 cases(2.04%).There were 618 cases aged 31 to 45,and 428 cases were negative,positive included Uu infection in 166 cases(26.86%),Mh infection in 6 cases(0.97%),Uu and Mh co-infection in 18 cases(2.91%).③Simple Uu infection had high drug sensitivity to Josamycin,Clarithromycin,Doxycycline,Minocycline,which had low drug sensitivity to Ciprofloxacin,Erythromycin.Simple Mh infection had high drug sensitivity to Josamycin,Doxy cycline,Minocycline and Clarithromycin,which had low drug sensitivity to Ciprofloxacin,Erythromycin,Roxithromycin.Uu and Mh co-infection had high drug sensitivity to Josamycin,Minocycline,Doxycycline and Tetracycline,which had low drug sensitivity to Erythromycin,Azithromycin,Ciprofloxacin,Roxithromycin.Conclusion It can effectively control spread of the disease and improve overall health status by conducting mycoplasma culture in patients with clinical symptoms and selecting sensitive drug according to chemosensitivity test.
