为分析三峡蓄水后长江上游支流浮游生物的种群结构特征,2012年11月—2013年3月对长江三峡库区支流抱龙河的长江断面、窄门子断面、葡萄坝断面和纸厂断面进行了浮游生物的调查,共采集到浮游植物6门24科35属125种,其中硅藻门种类最多,为88种,分属10科18属,占总种数的70.4%;浮游动物3门12科19属56种,其中轮虫种类最多,为29种,占总种数的51.8%。长江口、窄门子、葡萄坝和纸厂四个断面的Shannon-wiener指数分别为3.17、3.40、2.36、4.34。通过4个断面的Shannon-wiener多样性指数值可以看出,葡萄坝段的水质有轻度污染,其余段水质清洁。从四个断面的Pielou均匀度指数可以看出,抱龙河流域的浮游生物均匀度比长江干流高,物种分布更均匀。
Species composition of plankton in Baolong river on the upper reaches of Yangtze River was evaluated from November 2012 to March 2013. A total of 125 species of phytoplankton were collected,belonging to 6 phylum,24 family and 35 genus. The bacillariophyta exhibited the highest species diversity,with 88 species( 70. 4% of the total) belonging to 10 family and 18 genus. And 56 species of zooplankton were found,belonging to 3 phylum,12 family and 19 genus. The rotifers exhibited the highest species diversity,with 29 species( 51. 8% of the total.). The Shannon-Weiner indices of four sections( Yangtze River Estuary,Zhai Men Zi,Grape Dam and Paper Mill) were 3. 17,3. 40,2. 36 and 4. 34 respectively. The water in the section of Grape Dam was slightly polluted. By analyzing the Pielou index,it was found that the species evenness in Baolong river was higher than that in the Yangtze river.
