基于喷灌系统的微酸性电解水生成喷洒系统研究

为提高微酸性电解水在设施农业领域的规模化应用程度,设计一种基于喷灌系统的微酸性电解水生成喷洒系统。系统主要由输水管路、水质处理系统、电解执行系统、电解控制系统、弥雾系统等组成,可以完成注水过程、电解过程、出水过程和喷灌过程,工作过程均由STC89C52RC单片机控制4个继电器自动完成。系统利用10%稀盐酸溶液作为电解质原液,采用无隔膜电解的方法生成微酸性电解水,结构简单、操作方便,自动化水平高。整个系统一次电解70 L,电解过程10 min,电解水p H值为5.0~6.5,有效氯浓度可达30 mg/L,可以完成温室栽培的减农药应用及规模化设施养殖的消毒杀菌作业。

In order to improve the application scale of slightly acidic electrolyzed water in the field of facility agriculture, we designed a drug delivery system of slightly acidic electrolyzed water based on spraying system, which was mainly comprised by a water delivery pipeline, a water purification system, a electrolysis execution system, a electrolysis control system, and a mist system. The system can complete the process of water injection, electrolysis, drainage and irrigation. The work process is automatically completed and controlled by the STC89C52RC with 4 relays. The system uses 10% dilute hydrochloric acid solution as the electrolyte solution, and generates slightly acidic electrolyzed water using non-diaphragm electrolysis method. The system has the advantages of simple structure, conve- nient operation and high automation level. The whole system can generate 70 L electrolytic water in an electrolytic process, the pH value of the electrolytic water can be achieved between 5.0~6.5, and available chlorine concentration up to 30 mg/L with 10 min electrolysis process. The system can realize the reduction of pesticide application in the greenhouse cultivation and disinfection and sterilization in large-scale facilities farming.
