长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类转录本长度超过200个核苷酸但缺乏蛋白质编码功能的RNA,在许多细胞生物过程中发挥重要的调控作用.关节软骨损伤修复一直是关节外科的热点与难点.最近研究表明lncRNA DANCR在间充质干细胞(MSCs)向软骨细胞分化和增殖过程中发挥重要作用.lncRNA DANCR可能通过断裂为miRNA、结合或竞争mRNA/miRNA、增加胞质内β-catenin等途径发挥促软骨损伤修复作用.本文就lncRNA DANCR的结构、功能及在关节软骨损伤修复过程中的可能作用机制作一综述.
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is an RNA molecule that is longer than 200 nueleotides and is not translated into a protein. LncRNAs participate in various biological processes. The repair of articular cartilage damage is always a hot and difficult point in joint surgery. Recent studies show that long non-coding RNA DANCR plays a key role in ehondrogenie differentitation of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) by interaction with miRNAs/mRNA and increasing the content of β-catenin in the cytoplasm. This article reviews the mechanism of DANCR in enhancing chondrogenhic differentiation and proliferation of human MSCs.
