[目的/意义]针对当前复杂动态多变的竞争态势,提出组织应加强对竞争情报价值的认知,强化竞争情报价值生成过程,从而提升企业竞争优势,促进企业可持续性发展。[方法/过程]通过运用理论研究方法,分析了不确定性情境下竞争价值认知的必要性,阐述了不确定性情境下竞争的价值内涵,探讨了不确定性情境下竞争情报价值生成机理和生成紊件。[结呆/结论]认为在当前不确定性情境下,通过强化竞争情报价值理念,可以更好地发挥竞争情报对组织战略的智能决策支持作用。
[ Purpose/significance ] In view of the current complex and dynamic competitive situation, this paper proposes that organizations should enhance the cognition of the value of competitive intelligence and strengthen the process of generating the value of competitive intelligence, so as to improve the competitive advantage and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise. [ Method/process ] Through theoretical research methods, the paper analyzes the necessity of value cognition of competition, ex- pounds the connotation of value, and discusses the value generation mechanism and conditions of competitive intelligence under un- certain context. [ Result/conclusion] Under the current uncertain context, competitive intelligence can play a better role in sup- porting intelligent decisions of organizational strategy by strengthening the cognition of competitive intelligence value.
