Exploring the common course of creating the classic novels in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, such as, “ Romance of the Three Kingdoms”, “Water Margin”,“Journey to the West”, Jin Ping Mei, “Feng Shen Yan Yi”, I found that there is a common feature of the classic novels creation, that is, they originated from “Pinghua” narrated by story tellers, then they were re -written and re-created into “Chuan” by “Shuhuicairen”, and at last they were revised into the classics. In order to prove it, this article, on the basis of research of some Luo Guanzhong＇s novels, indicates that this is the common course of classic novels creation in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties.
