脑梗死所致神经功能障碍是医学研究的难点,目前的研究主要集中在梗死灶局部,而对远隔部位的继发性损害极少关注。髓鞘相关生长抑制因子(Nogo-A)通过Nogo/NgR→Rho/Rock通路传导抑制性信号,损伤轴突,参与脑梗死远隔损害,是造成急性脑梗死神经功能缺损的重要原因。作者查阅了近10年来43篇与此相关的文献,将Nogo-A与脑梗死远隔损害的关系进行了全面介绍。
The dysfunction of nervous system caused by cerebral infarction is difficult for medical study.Recently,the study mainly focused on ischemic areas,but there is little emphasis on secondary damage.Nogo-A conducts the inhibitory signals through the neural pathways of Nogo/NgR→Rho/Rock to hurt axons and participate in the secondary damage in cerebral infarction.It is the important reasons for the dysfunction of nervous system caused by acute cerebral infarction.The author will discuss the relationship between Nogo-A and secondary damage in cerebral infarction.
