目的:探讨肌电生物反馈疗法联合电针治疗急性脑梗死后运动障碍的疗效观察。方法:选取在本院神经内科诊治的急性脑梗患者63例,随机分成两组。电针组给予常规药物及电针治疗,联合组在此基础上再予肌电生物反馈疗法联合治疗,14 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。治疗前后使用神经功能缺损程度(CNFDS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)及Berg平衡量表(BBS)进行评定,观察分析临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比,两组治疗后CNFDS降低,FMA、MBI及BBS升高(P〈0.05);与电针组相比,联合组CNFDS较低,FMA、MBI及BBS较高,总有效率较高(P〈0.05)。结论:肌电生物反馈疗法联合电针能有效促进急性脑梗死患者肢体运动功能的恢复,提高日常生活活动能力和平衡能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of EMG biofeedback therapy combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of motor disorder after acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty- three cases of motor disorder after acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The electroacupuncture group was treated with conventional medicine and electroacupuncture therapy and the combination group treated with EMG biofeedback therapy. Fourteen days was a course of treatment,continuously for 2 courses of treatment. The degrees of neurological deficits( CNFDS),Fugl- Meyer motor function assessment( FMA),modified Barthel index( MBI) and Berg balance scale( BBS) were evaluated and the clinical efficacy was compared before and after the treatment. Results: Compared with those before treatment,CNFDS decreased,FMA,MBI and BBS increased( P〈 0. 05) in the two groups after treatment. Compared with the electroacupuncture group,the combined group’s CNFDS was lower,FMA,MBI and BBS higher and the total effective rate was higher( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: EMG biofeedback therapy combined with electroacupuncture can effectively promote the recovery of limb motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the ability of daily life and balance.
