通过氯氧镁水泥混凝土28d前的耐水性研究,分析不同水损情况和不同配合比的抗压强度、软化系数、超声波速、相对动弹性模量以及作者自行设计的水损害评价参数的变化规律.研究结果表明:复合减水剂J2和复合抗水剂K2有较好的相容性,二者进行复合时,其软化系数和水损害评价参数都相对较好;使用复合减水剂J2和复合抗水剂K2的JKM5的配合比与其它配合比相比,早期的综合性能表现最好,其外加剂掺量接近最优掺量,JKM5在6种配合比中为最优配合比;水损害评价参数ω能够综合多方面因素,相对全面地评价早期氯氧镁水泥混凝土水损害情况.
Variation pattern of compressive strength,softening coefficient,ultrasonic velocity,relative dynamic elastic modulus,and self-designed water-damage evaluation parameter of the concrete with magnesium oxychloride cement is analyzed under different water-damage situations and its different mixture ratio through its 28-day water-resistance study.The results show that the compatibility of composite waterreducing agent J2 with composite water-repellent K2 is better and their softening coefficient and waterdamage evaluation parameter are relatively better when they are compounded.Compared with other mixture ratios,JKM5 for compounding water-reducing agent J2 with water-repellent K2 has the best early comprehensively performances and its mixture amount of extra-agents is close to their optimal value.Among the six kinds of mixture ratio,JKM5 has optimal mixture ratio.Water-damage evaluation parameterωis able to integrate a variety of factors and evaluate comprehensively early water-damage of gravel concrete with magnesium oxychloride cement.
