近期,我国发布的JGJ/T 294—2013《高强混凝土强度检测技术规程》所给出的高强混凝土回弹仪测强曲线是全国统一的高强混凝土测强曲线,在应用于地方工程检测时误差较大,针对这一现状,结合兰州地区实际特点,采用本地区具有代表性的原材料,制作了C50、C55、C60、C65、C70、C75、C80 7个等级的高强混凝土试块,分为7、14、28、60、90、180、365 d 7个龄期进行测试,通过一系列的试验研究,运用幂函数形式的回归模型,得到适用于兰州地区的高强混凝土回弹法地方测强曲线,与部规比较,其精度满足混凝土质量控制要求,且比部规误差小,以此作为兰州地区高强混凝土回弹法地方测强曲线。
Recently, Strength curve of high strength concrete rebound tester given by "High strength concrete strength testing technology (JGJ/T 294--2013 )" is nationally unified measuring curve of strength of high-strength concrete, and the error is large when applied to the detection of local engineering.Aimed at the status quo, combined with actual characteristics in Lanzhou, using representative raw materials in Lanzhou,seven grades high strength concrete block was made that there are C50 ,C55 ,C60 ,C65 ,C70 ,C75 and C80 ,and The strength of the testing in seven ages that there are 7, 14,28,60,90, 180 d and 365 d was studied.Through a series of experimental studies and the re- gression model of power function, strength curve of high strength concrete rebound tester applied to the Lanzhou was given.Compared with regulations of departments, due to its precision meets the quality control demand of concrete and the error is smaller, that should be as local strength curve of high strength concrete rebound tester.
