采用4种不同级配粗骨料配制透水混凝土,通过测定透水混凝土的表观密度、孔隙率,透水系数,以及硬化混凝土的强度、收缩和抗冻性等性能。系统研究了粗骨料级配对于透水混凝土宏观和力学性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:连续级配粗骨料配制的透水混凝土较单一级配的表观密度要大,力学性能,抗冻性和收缩性等都有明显提升,而透水性相对减弱。同等条件下,对单一级配配制的透水混凝土,随着粒径的增大,强度减小而透水性增强。拟合出了不同粗骨料级配透水混凝土的强度以及干缩系数与龄期的关系式,对工程有一定的指导意义。
Using four different gradation of coarse aggregate pervious concrete, through the determination of apparent density and porosity of pervious concrete,permeability coefficient, and hardened concrete properties suchas strength, shrinkage and resistance to freezing.Study of coarse aggregate size distribution for pervious concrete macro-mechanical properties and effects.Experimental results show that continuous grading coarse aggregate of pervious concrete is a single graded larger apparent density, mechanical properties, freeze resistance and shrinkage have improved significantly, and permeability is relatively weakened.Under the same conditions, a single grading prepared of pervious concrete, with the increasing size and strength decreases and permeability enhancement.Fitting different coarse aggregate size distribution previousconcrete to the strength and dry shrinkage coefficient and the relationship of age, the project has certain guiding significance.
