采用同一强度等级、同一尺寸的混凝土试件进行不同干湿循环制度的加速硫酸盐腐蚀试验,寻求适合于试验室进行的快速硫酸盐腐蚀干湿循环制度。结果表明:混凝土在制度二下,ω1能反映混凝土性能劣化或失效的过程,ω2也能反映混凝土性能劣化的状态,ω1和ω2对混凝土性能劣化状态的评定结果一致性较好,在实验室进行混凝土耐久性检测时,采用制度二能够有效缩短试验时间,较早得到试验结果,推荐在实验室进行混凝土耐硫酸盐腐蚀性预测实验时使用制度二的干湿循环。
Using the same strength level and size of the concrete samples under different systems of dry wet cycle the corrosion tests of accelerated sulfate are carried out to get the most reasonable concrete dry wet cycle,which is applied to the anti-sulfate erosion damage fast test.The test results show that for concrete in system two,ω1 can reflect the concrete performance degradation or failure process,ω2 also can reflect the state of concrete performance degradation,for ω1 and ω2 the evaluation results of concrete performance degradation state have good consistency.In the laboratory of concrete durability testing,using the system two can effectively shorten the test time and test results are obtained earlier,so in the laboratory of the sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete prediction experiments using the system two of dry wet circulations is recommended.
