钢筋锈蚀是钢筋混凝土结构破坏的主要形式之一,我国西部盐湖地区出现钢结构及钢筋混凝土结构受盐卤水侵蚀导致其破坏现象严重。氯氧镁水泥混凝土具有显著的抵抗盐卤腐蚀的作用,针对镁水泥混凝土中钢筋受氯盐腐蚀降低其使用寿命而制约镁水泥钢筋混凝土使用的问题,本研究用美加力涂层来提高钢筋的抗腐蚀性能。采用CS350电化学工作站对钢筋腐蚀的数据采集,结合SEM(scanning electron microscope)微观扫描和EDS(energy dispersive spectrometer)元素分析结果表明:在硫酸盐溶液中涂层钢筋腐蚀程度最大,氯盐次之,干燥环境下钢筋腐蚀最轻;镁水泥混凝土保护层厚度对腐蚀速率不起决定性作用。
The corrosion of steel bars is one of the main forms of reinforced concrete structural damages.In the west of our country,there is a serious Salt brine corrosion damage to bearing steel structures and reinforced concrete structures in the western Saline Lake area.Magnesium oxychloride concrete has significant effects on corrosion resistance of bittern,in view of chloride corrosion of steel bars in magnesium cement concrete reducing the service life of steel bars,and restrict the problem of using magnesium cement reinforced concrete.The research uses magni coating to enhance the anti corrosion performance of steel bars.By using CS350 electrochemical workstation,data of corrosion of steel bars are collected,combined with SEM(scanning electron microscope)micro scanning and EDS(energy dispersive spectrometer)element analysis results show that,coating steel bars corrosion level is maximum in sulfate solution,chloride second,the corrosion of steel bars is the lightest in dry environment.The protective layer of magnesium cement concrete can not play a decisive role in the corrosion rate
