采用同一强度等级、同一尺寸的混凝土试件进行不同干湿循环制度的加速硫酸盐腐蚀试验,寻求适合于试验室进行的快速硫酸盐腐蚀干湿循环制度。结果表明:混凝土在制度2下,ω1能反映混凝土性能劣化或失效的过程,ω2也能反映混凝土性能劣化的状态,ω1和ω2对混凝土性能劣化状态的评定结果一致性较好;在实验室进行混凝土耐久性检测时,采用制度2能够有效缩短试验时间,较早得到试验结果,推荐在实验室进行混凝土耐硫酸盐腐蚀性预测实验时使用制度2的干湿循环。
Using the same intensity level,the same size of the concrete samples for different dry wet cycle of corrosion test system accelerated sulfate,to get the most reasonable concrete dry wet cycle,which apply to the anti-sulfate erosion damage fast test.The test results show that: concrete in system two,ω1 can reflect the concrete performance degradation or failure process,ω2 also can reflect the state of concrete performance degradation,ω1 and ω2 of concrete performance degradation of state evaluation results have good consistency.It has been tested that concrete has better durability by applying the third test system,which can prove that the third test system make the concrete damage in deeper degree and faster rate than the second and first ones.
