依据实际离散事件仿真项目,就半导体生产线建模中遇到的问题,提出了将生产模型和调度算法分离开的新方法.每一种调度算法都需要特定的离散事件模型输入信息,各自的计算过程也都不相同,但按照这种新方法,可以对调度算法和模型进行分离解耦处理,运用新提出的方法为项目编写的.NET组件,已经实现了15种常用的调度算法,最后对此组件在半导体生产线仿真项目上的应用作了简要说明.
When modulling and simulating a semiconductor manufacture plant, we need imitate or develop a lot of schedule algorithms. Each algorithm needs specifically discrete event model information input and calculates in a very special way. In this paper, a new method, which can decouple the production model and the schedule algorithms into separate modules, will be introduced. According to this method, a .NET component together with 15 common schedule algorithms is implemented. Application of the developed . NET component in a semiconductor production line simulation case is also illustrated in the end of this paper.
