This article gives an overview of analyzing the organizational evolution from the perspective of knowledge and rules. Individual behavior was categorized, and the trait of utilizing knowledge and rule density has included enterprise performance through intermediate variable of individual behavior. It has built conceptual model and empirical study. According to research conclusion, it has put forward a new set of LingDon Model of driving rule by knowledge.
