企业间相互关系的研究一直是微观经济企业竞争战略领域、企业产业组织领域、经济学领域研究的重点话题，企业界存在着非常类似自然界生物群落变化的生态系统的机理。本文对种群生态理论的理论演变及相关领域研究进展等方面的问题进行了梳理，并且建立了描述企业种群间相互关系的两个基本模型，讨论分析了企业之间可能存在的八种相互关系的类型及特征，最后指出了该领域未来研究发展的方向。

英文摘要：

Research on the interrelationship between the corporations is an important topic in corporation competitive field of micro economic, industrial organization field, economics field and so on. The mechanism exists in the enterprise field is the same as which exists in the mutative ecosystem ecology of biology community. This paper sums up and summarizes the evolution and development of population ecology theory. We establish two basic models to describe the interrelationship between the corporations, and also the styles and characters of eight interrelationships are discussed. Finally, the paper give the future direction of the research in this field.
