The individual behavior is the important object of modern organization theory research,this text introduced the research model of individual behavior,and carried on a comment about its present condition and problem studying to the individual behavior.Owing to individual behavior’s studying existent blemish currently,the author carried on a classification research to the individual in two dimensions：value and adeptability,and put forward an analytical and excellent method for turning of individual behavior on this foundation.
