为了解决汽车开发过程中模型校验、装配过程评审等问题,提出了分布式并行虚拟装配环境.在该环境中,分布在不同地理位置的设计者可以对模型进行实时协同装配操作和信息交流,为了支持汽车装配验证过程中大数据量实时处理,每个用户节点可以由单台高性能计算机支撑,也可以由高速局域网内的多台普通PC机并行支撑;可以徒手及使用工具进行交互式装配操作.介绍了并行渲染、协同操作管理机制、汽车装配工具库等关键技术,以此为基础开发了汽车虚拟装配原型系统.最后,以某公司轿车的后悬架和前副车架工位协同虚拟装配验证了该系统的有效性.
Aiming at the model verification, conception review and assembly process evaluation during automobile development, a distributed parallel virtual assembly environment (DPVAE) was studied. In this environment, designers at geographically different locations can do interactive assembly operations by hand or by tool under the control of a pro3ect manager. To meet the large quantity o[ data real-time processing demand of automobile, each user node is a parallel virtual assembly environment supported by a high-speed local area network (LAN). The mechanism of parallel rendering, collaborative assembly control and assembly tool lib are described in detail. With a case study of a car assembly collaboratively, the running mode and working efficiency are verified.
