针对制造业普遍存在的OEM-Supplier合作模式,提出了基于网格技术的CAE协同设计系统.基于OGSA(Open Grid Services Architecture)标准及国产网格中间件VEGA,建立了网格平台,在此基础上实现了协同设计过程中各参与方的信息安全,以及资源的动态共享.该系统构建了一个由OEM和Suppliers以及提供计算资源的计算方组成的用于协同设计的虚拟组织(VO),将各成员在协同过程中的操作封装为Web服务,通过工作流技术组织服务以完成CAE前处理、求解、后处理过程的全生命周期协同.最后,将该系统应用于汽车OEM与汽车座椅Supplier的协同碰撞安全设计实例中,取得了预期的效果.
This paper proposed a grid-based CAE collaborative design system for the OEM-Supplier pattern generally used in industry. The paper constructed a grid platform based on the OGSA (Open Grid Services Architecture) framework and the VEGA grid middleware, and realized the information safety and the resource share on the geographically dispersed heterogeneous characters sites based on the platform. A VO including an OEM, some Suppliers and a compute partner will be build. The eollahorative activity is based on this VO. All the functions in the collaboration are encapsulated as Web services. These services are organized by the help of the work flow technique to perform certain functions from the pre process to post process of the CAE analysis. Finally, a case about a car OEM collaborates with a door Supplier was studied based on this system.
