要基于通用管片与盾构隧道设计轴线的几何特征,利用多环组合的方法选取通用管片的拼装点位、制定切向纠偏线路,并基于Unigrapics开发了管片的虚拟拼装系统,实现了通用管片三维动态虚拟拼装及拼装偏差报告的输出.将该系统应用于正在施工中的上海某超大直径盾构隧道中,达到了预期的效果.
The paper applies a method of multi-rings to determine positions of erection points of the universal rings, and to decide the correction lines based on the geometric features of the rings and the designed tunnel axis in shield tunnels. A virtual erection system of the rings is developed based on Unigraphics. The system is used to simulate the dynamic erection, manage data of ring erection and generate the report of the erection deviations. This system has been applied in a shield tunnel with giant diameter in Shanghai. The result verifies the usability of the system.
