基于网格环境,利用国内自主开发的网格中间件网格操作系统(GOS)构造了整车虚拟装配平台,实现了多个主节点的互联互通和资源共享。在此基础上,通过实例对所构造平台在整车厂商内部各部门及其零部件供应商的具体工业环境中的应用进行了验证。结果表明,该虚拟平台可以突破地域限制和单个电脑的能力限制,稳定有效地实现异地协同装配。
An entire vehicle virtual assembly platform based on grid environment was constructed herein, where the domestic self-- developed grid-- middleware grid operation system(GOS) was used, the interconnection and resource sharing were achieved successfully among several testing master nodes. Based on this work, the platform was verified in the real industrial environment of the car manufacturer and its suppliers. The results indicate that by the use of the presented virtual assembly platform, the limitation of region and single computer ability will be broken to a great extent, so the collaborative assembly can be achieved effectively and steadily.
