滞育持续时间对大猿叶虫山东种群成虫产卵量的影响

在山东泰安大猿叶虫是十字花科蔬菜上的重要害虫。在田间,该虫的繁殖期出现在春季和秋季,以成虫在土中越夏和越冬。本试验在20℃LD12:12条件下,详细比较了大猿叶虫山东种群滞育持续时间9个月和3个月成虫产卵量。结果显示:滞育3个月雌虫每雌平均产卵量和平均日产卵量均略高于滞育9个月的雌虫,但两者间均无显著差异,而早期产卵量却低于滞育9个月雌虫。

英文摘要:

The cabbage beetle, Colaphellus bowringi Baly is a serious pest of crucifers in Taian city Shandong province. There are two distinct infestations in the field, one occurs in spring, another in autumn. The beetle aestivates and hibernates as an adult in the soil. In the present study, the egg production between the adults with a diapause duration of 3 months and the adults with a diapause duration of 9 months were compared at 20~C LD12:12. The results showed that the mean total egg production per female and mean daily egg production per females of 3 months diapausing adults and9 months diapausing adults did not differed significantly, although the mean total egg production per female and mean daily egg production for adults with a diapause duration of 3 month's were slightly higher than those of adults with a diapause duration of 9 months. However, the earlier egg production of adults with a diapause duration of 3 months was lower than that of adults with a diapause duration of 9 months.
