自改革开放以来,中国经济在总体数量和结构质量等方面皆取得长足进步。特别是在早年扩大内需政策的刺激下,逐渐出现由生产主导型向消费主导型社会转型的端倪。然而,过度强调消费客观上刺激出诸如符码消费泛滥、消费主义衍生的“生活世界殖民化”陷阱以及各阶层群体收入水平断裂加剧的供给与消费间匹配失衡的异化现象。消费共同体是着眼于我国当前社会亟需的理性消费而提出的全新设想:符号互动论奠定其理论基础、结构二重性形塑其逻辑框架、供给改革与需求升级预设其实践前提。作为宏观理论与微观现实相结合的中层产物,消费共同体的创建应从主体消费思维独立性、嵌入性消费范式、消费资本公平和不同阶层民众均衡消费四大理性消费范畴出发。
