带式输送机是物料运输最常用的运输设备，它不仅能代替工人繁重的体力劳动。改善劳动条件，而且能提高生产效率，降低生产成本。本文首先针对带式输送机的几种常见故障，有针对性地提出解决问题的有效处理对策。然后，分析了带式输送机故障诊断的发展现状，并指出带式输送机故障诊断技术中存在的问题。最后，展望了带式输送机故障诊断技术的发展趋势。
英文摘要：
Belt conveyor is the most commonly used transport facility for transporting mate- rial, it not only can replace workers＇ heavy manual work, improve working conditions, and to increase productivity, reduce the production cost as well. Firstly, this paper introduces the conveyor belt several common faults, and proposed the effective countermeasures to solve the problems. Then introduced the belt conveyor current situation of the development of the fault diagnosis, and points out the problems that the fault diagnosis of belt conveyor exist. Last but not least, the paper looks forward to the development trend of the technology of belt conveyor fault diagnosis.
