英文摘要：

According to the characteristics of forestry CDM project and the current development conditions, affecting factors and development potentiality of Chinese forest resource, this study analyzed the forestation and reforestation projects of CDM, and proposed its current problems as well as corresponding solutions, providing policy evidence for the development of CDM projects in China.
