本文针对中国服务外包产业升级中存在的主要创新问题,立足于承接商创新战略的视角,在国内外相关文献梳理的基础上,剖析了承接商两类不同的创新对承接商绩效的差异性影响,并深入探讨了发包商创新在其中所扮演的差异性调节作用,然后通过对178家外包企业的问卷调研和深度访谈数据进行了实证分析。本文发现:服务外包承接商企业的市场创新和技术创新均能有效提升承接商企业的绩效水平,但影响不尽相同;发包商创新性与上述两类创新均存在显著的交互作用,但方向却完全相反,即发包商创新会促进承接商企业的市场创新对其绩效水平提升的影响,而承接商通过技术创新对其绩效水平的提升作用则会被发包商创新性所弱化。
Based on the key problems in service outsourcing industry upgrading and intensive literature review, this paper proposes a conceptual model to study the relationship of innovation strat- egies of both contractor and outsourcer and contractor' s performance. Survey data were collected from 178 Chinese outsourcing companies for empirical research. The empirical results show that both the contractor' s market and technology innovation have positive impact on its performance, and out- sourcer' s innovation plays an opposite interaction effect respectively. Some managerial implications are also provided.
