提出了一个全新的网络特征要素配置模型,试图揭示创新绩效不是依赖于某一个网络特征要素,而是依赖于这些网络特征要素的不同配置,同时,网络特征要素配置受到外部环境动荡性水平的影响。以167家科技企业为研究对象,采用QCA方法对模型进行了实证检验。研究结果显示,网络特征要素的5个条件组合构成了创新绩效提升的充分条件;提升创新绩效的充分条件会依据外部环境的动荡性水平发生变化。结论说明了不同网络特征之间的互相关联性是提升创新绩效的一个重要考虑因素,对企业创新网络资源的科学管理和创新开发战略实施等实践活动具有一定的指导意义。
Different from the previous studies about relationship between innovation ne twork features and innovat ion, it proposes a brand-new holistic model of configuration of network features? and tries to disclose that innovation performance improvement doesn't depend on one sole network feature but combinations of network features. And the combinations of network features change due to the different level of environmental turbulence. It uses QCA, one typical method of config-uration theory, to examine the configuration model. The findings indicate that there are five combinations of network fea-tures lead to the improvement of innovation performance, and the five sufficient conditions change due to environmental turbulence. It implies that interrelationship among network features is an important factor that is worth consideration. Meanwhile, the findings contribute to scientific management of network resources and innovation development plans.
