研究冲压模具结构优化设计,针对冲压模具结构复杂,设计参数较多,利用传统方法计算效率低下的现状,为解决上述问题,提出用缩减基法(Reduced-basis Method,RBM)建立了一套冲压模具快速分析方法。分析过程包括对样本参数进行有限元法(Finite-element Method,FEM)求解,建立低维减基空间,并在减基空间内利用线性组合构造任意参数下的近似结果。在RBM上降低了求解空间维数,并通过仿射变换提取设计参数简化了重复建模,提高了分析效率。通过计算实例验证,RBM在提高运算速度的同时具有很高的计算精度,是一种有效的优化结构设计方法。
The analysis of stamping mold using of traditional method is inefficiency because of its complicated structure and multi-design parameters.This paper set up a new way of analyzing stamping mold based on the Reduced-basis Method(RBM).RBM calculation process included two stages:N sample design parameters were selected,and space of design parameters of the mold was established on the off-line stage.when new design parameters were selected,the on-line stage was to solve N-dimensional space to achieve solutions.RBM lowered the difficulty of analyzing the dimension of space,simplified the process of building stamping mold repeatedly and improved the analyzing efficiency.Finally the error analysis shows that RBM can get results very fast without losing accuracy,which is an effective method of structural analysis.
