目的：探讨自血穴位注射联合穴位按摩用于维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效。方法：将60例维持性血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30例。实验组予自血穴位注射联合穴位按摩，对照组予炉甘石洗剂外涂患处，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：与治疗前相比，实验组患者VAS评分明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），对照组患者VAS评分无明显变化（P＞0.05）；两组患者治疗后皮肤瘙痒VAS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组痊愈2例，显效12例，有效13例，无效3例；对照组痊愈0例，显效5例，有效15例，无效10例，实验组总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：自血穴位注射联合穴位按摩能缓解维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒，提高生存质量。

英文摘要：

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of self blood acupoint injection plus acupoint massage on skin itching in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:60cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with self blood acupoint injection plus acupoint massage;the control group was given calamine lotion with the affected area.Results:Compared with before treatment,VAS scores in the experimental group were decreased significantly;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score in the control group showed no significant change(P>0.05);VAS score in groups after treatment showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the experimental group,2cases were cured;12cases were markedly effective;13cases were effective;3cases were ineffective.In the control group,0case was cured;5cases were markedly effective;15cases were effective;10cases were ineffective;the total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self blood acupoint injection plus acupoint massage can relieve skin itching in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and improve the quality of life.
