尾矿库改变放矿模式后,库区前缘干滩强度增强,但积水量增加,对坝体的渗流和静力稳定性产生了影响。对尾矿坝二级子坝和最终坝高断面进行渗流和静力稳定性计算,计算结果表明:坝体浸润线埋深较浅,坝体自由面较高,水力坡降最大值位于初期坝坡脚处,水从初期坝坝面溢出,可能发生流土或管涌;坝体水平位移小,最小主应力只在二级子坝局部位置为拉应力,对坝体稳定性影响不大;二级子坝静力稳定性安全系数比允许最小值略小,最终坝高坝体稳定性较强。坝体总体稳定性较强,建议采取坝体深部排水措施(如水平排水管、辐射井等),降低坝体的自由面,提高坝体稳定性。对二级子坝做好护坡,并采取相应措施增加库区浸润线埋深,保证坝体稳定运行。
The strength of dry beach in the front of the reser- voir area was enhanced after changing the discharging meth- od of the railings dam. However, the increase of water con- tent had an effect on the seepage and static stability of the dam. Through the calculation about the seepage and static stability of the second-level sub dam and final dam, the re- sults illustrated that: the depth of the seepage line of the dam body was shallow, and the free surface of the dam was higher; the maximum hydraulic gradient appeared at the foot of initial dam, and the water overflowed from the surface of the initial dam which may cause soil flow or piping; the hori- zontal displacement of the dam was small, and only in the local position of the second-level sub dam, the minimum principal stress was tensile stress, having little effect on the dam stability; the safety factor of static stability for the sec- ond-level sub dam was smaller than the permitted minimum value, and the final dam had a strong stability. Although the overall stability of the dam was strong, deep drainage meas- ures were suggested, such as horizontal drainage pipes and radiation wells, so as to reduce the free surface and improve the stability of the dam. In order to ensure the stable running of the dana, it was necessary to make the slope protection of the second-level sub dam and take some measures to reduce the seepage line.
