为准确测定沥青混合料体积参数,避免因体积参数计算不准确导致的沥青路面早期破坏现象,提出了用沥青浸渍法进行沥青混合料最大理论相对密度测定的方法。沥青浸渍法以沥青为介质,得到了沥青混合料的零空隙状态。与真空法相比,沥青浸渍法数据变异性小,测量结果复现性好,对试验条件要求不高,试验人为因素影响小。研究结果表明,真空法测定的混合料最大理论相对密度偏小,用沥青浸渍法能够准确测量沥青混合料最大理论相对密度。
In order to measure volume parameters of asphalt mixture precisely and avoid asphalt pavement premature failure, using asphalt as medium, the asphalt immersion test method was put forward. Test results indicate that in comparison with vacuum method, new method has the characteristic of small variability, simple and convenient and little affected by individual factors. Theoretically, using the method, the true value of asphalt mixture maximum theoretical relative density was obtained.
